I DVR it, so Ledge and I get a daily dose of Ellen.
A couple of weeks ago, while playing my brother-in-law Kash, in the game Draw Something, (game on the ipad and iphone), I drew this picture of Ellen.

While I was drawing it, I noticed Ellen's Facebook status said to upload some drawings from the "Draw Something" app. So I did.
Attending her show is definitely on my bucket list, so hopefully this won't be my only appearance on the show. Let's hope one day you see me dancing in her audience, preferably on one of the 12 days of Christmas giveaways episodes. :)
I think Ellen should invite you to the show to share your amazing story!

ReplyDeleteThis is so funny. Going to Ellen is on my wish list too! I always wanted to go for my 30th birthday, which is this year, but I don't think that is happening.

ReplyDeleteI love watching Ellen. She makes me smile too. I don't work on Fridays so I have to watch her show on that day of the week Friday. I should really record it so I can watch all of them. I love her enthusiasm for life and she always manages to give back to people who really need and appreciate the things she does for them. I agree....I think she should invite you and all your blog friends (as I count myself) to her show. Have a wonderful Spring day with your little boy (oh my gosh - he is becoming a little boy and not a so much a baby any more!!)

ReplyDeleteWe LOVE Ellen at our house too!! Even my husband enjoys it. Our favorite is when she does the dance videos of people dancing behind others who don't have a clue haha those always have me laughing so hard I can't breathe!! I also love her "clumbsy thumbsy" segment ;)

ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about Ellen. It also lifted me up after Nate died. I can honestly say that she was part of the reason that I was able to get out from under the dark clouds that I was living in for months...years.
I've emailed for tickets so many times but have never gotten them. I think that she should do 1 audience that's full of mommies and daddies that have had to endure the tragedy of losing a child. That would be SO AMAZING for all of us to be able to come together and meet each other, dance together and laugh together.
It's probably just a dream...but some dreams do come true so I'm hangin' onto this one.
