Mama

Last year I learned that tomorrow will be a painful reminder for many women of what they don't have.
Whether they are missing their own mom, or longing to be a mom, it will be hard.
Thinking of many of you.

Though I'll be wishing Pres would be up in the front singing to me at church tomorrow, I'm beyond grateful to be holding Ledger, even if we'll probably be in the hall due to tantrums :)

I'm grateful for Preslee and Patrick who made me a mama.

And thankful for Ledger, especially when he flashes his toothy little grin at me.

Or the fact he has started saying "mama."
And for helping me feel like a mom again.

We're also grateful for all 3 mom's in our life.

Happy Mother's Day.

I hope your day was filled with lots of love, happy memories remembered and new ones made, quiet reflection about your precious children, and mostly that you feel your Savior's love and know that He is mindful of you and your sweet husband. Happy Mother's Day to you.

I came across your blog and I ache for you for the loss of your beautiful baby girl. She is truly a beautiful angel in heaven watching over you, your husband, and your precious baby boy. I will continue to send prayers your way. I will never forget your baby girl.

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
