Home Ashley Ledger Patrick Summer Fall

Fall

Cool weather has moved right on in, and it officially feels like fall. We've spent time prepping the yard for winter, this morning I threw away dead flowers, and put flower pots into the shed. The other night, Pat pruned our front tree, just in case a freak snow storm hits like it did a few years ago. While Pat and I work, Ledger observes from the front door, munching on Goldfish. And when we finish, he gets to run up and down the sidewalk like a crazy man. And if he's really lucky, he gets to play on Mildred's front steps.(Our next door neighbor)

Now with yard work out of the way, it's time to start decorating pumpkins, drinking hot chocolate, and wearing boots.

I Love Fall.

Haha, you're right... Didn't seem like it as I wrote about it. Too bad I never even met her.

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
