Swimming Lessons?

On Tuesday, we made one last trip to Rexburg Rapids before they close for the season.
Summer is officially over...bummer.

Between Rigby Lake and Rexburg Rapids, we definitely got our swim on this summer.

The past couple of times we were there, Ledger had absolutely no fear of the water. He would dive right in, head first and come up with a big grin on his face. I couldn't look the other way for a split second.
I'm thinking swimming lessons this winter/spring is now on our to-do list. :)

He is sure cute! I LOVED the way he looked at that little girl and reached out for her! Almost as if he thought she might be someone else! Swimming Lessons for sure it seems, he will love it! I am glad he isn't afraid. I have one boy who isn't and one who is...same age, no idea why...But we had the one in lessons from the time he could walk...that is probably why. Thanks for sharing!

I'm with Rosalie...I noticed how he reached out to touch the little girl. I love his smile and the exurberance as he plays in the water. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to see him near and around water. I can also see how someone you could let your fears stop him from having so much fun in the water but....instead you let him be there anyway. I think the smiles and laughter must be well worth it. What a cute little boy he is. My grandson is 2 years, 3 months old and loves, loves, loves the water so I see lessons in his future too. Have the rest of a good summer. It is winding down fast. It is still hot hot hot in SLC though!!

It is so wonderful that he loves the water! He would do great in swim lessons, especially if he knew the teacher. Love this little guy!!!

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
