A Little Bit of Everything

The Fourth was fun! We started the celebration out on the third! Since we have become Trojans, we met Pat's dad at Rigby lake, for a night of funnel cakes, food, and fireworks! It beat doing the whole Maleluca fireworks with road construction! It would have taken all night! Friday we started the day at the Rexburg parade! It was too hot for me though. My little Bro Rhett was in it for Student Body, they had a lot of fun with it. Afterwords we went to the Siddoways for the annual swim in the pond and bbq! Nothing better than hamburgers and homemade ice cream! Afterwords we went to my Grandma and Grandpa Wightmans and set up a tent and camped out! Pat was stoked to use our 3 man tent for the first time! It was a lot of fun! And Pog even slept through the night along with Pat in his sleeping bag!

Pat was cutting the onions and I've never seen somenone cry so hard!

I think every boy needs to go on a mission, just to learn how to cook! Pat is a cookin' fool these days! He's been craving all sorts of Mexicana food. He's been experimenting a lot, but it's mostly too hot for my liking. Today I learned true enchilada's are not rolled! He searched the internet diligently and found the perfect recipe! haha He was seriously on cloud nine! I must admit they were pretty good!

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
