Pat and I received 4 tickets to General Conference. (Wondering what General Conference is? Click here). So another trip to Utah it was!
We received the tickets from Elder Bradley D. Foster, THANK YOU SO MUCH! They were great tickets, and we laughed when we presented them at the door. The lady got excited and exclaimed, “Oh, you have red VIP tickets!” Who knew there were VIP tickets for conference?
It was Pat’s first time experiencing General Conference live, and there’s something special about being so close to a Prophet and Apostles. I feel so blessed to be a member of the LDS church and have the opportunity to listen to modern day Prophets and Apostles.

We snapped a few pics with our phone, it was the strangest thing, after running like a mad woman to get in there on time in wedges amongst thousands of Mormons, I sat down and my hands, face, and feet began swelling immediately! So don’t mind my fat face.
A big thank you to my Uncle Mark and his wife Laura for watching the kids for us. We owe you big time!
We went to the Saturday afternoon session too! It was my fist time going too. It was amazing!

ReplyDeleteRyan took me to conference before I was a member and it was awesome. I want to go back. But our favorite talk was Jeffery R Hollands as well. He has a way of talking that just makes everything sound so simple.
