We woke up bright and early and met Rhett and my parents at the IF airport. My dad had to drive directly to Jury duty in Pocatello afterwards, so we took my mom to breakfast and then home. Rhett wanted to say goodbye on the sidewalk, but my dad assured him we were going to help him check in. As soon as we checked him in, we snapped a few photos and in the last one below I look over and Rhett and Pat had both started to cry! Once the rest of us saw that, the tears came for all of us. Preslee was quite concerned...

We said our goodbyes and left him with over an hour to kill before his flight took off. As I looked back at him standing there I thought how crazy it is that 19 year old boys are called to find those who need the gospel in their lives! When Dustin left they seemed so old to me, looking at Rhett they seem young now! How everything works within our church is amazing.

I don't think there is a day that goes by that one of us doesn't text the other. So today will be the first :) He'll be a great missionary! Love ya Rhetters.

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
