Finished.

I made it through the semester, and have 2 more to go. :)One semester of classes, and then my student teaching. Going to school and being a mom has been much harder than I thought it would be, but luckily Patrick's been awesome helping me clean the house and cooking meals.

Preslee is 15 months, and we are loving this stage! She is pretty darn funny. She's a quiet little thing, and I've been working with her to say at least one word. Well, Pat was at Hunter's Ed (yes, he dreams of killing a mountain lion) and Preslee and I were playing, when she came right up to me and said, "Mom, eye." She pointed to her eye. Then she turned and pointed to our family pic and said, "Dad" She grinned and ran off. It was extremely weird, she said the words perfectly, it kind of freaked me out. That was over a week ago and we haven't heard a word since. She's a stubborn little thing.

Other than that, we are doing well, we're surviving the winter weather. I am so excited to have summer off and be home with Preslee during the day! I want to say to my parents, thank you so much for watching Preslee for two semesters, I couldn't have done it without you!

Below are some fun things about Pres, and some pictures of what we've been up to.

When she gives hugs she pats your back.

She loves giving slobbery open mouth kisses.

She finally drinks juice.

Her hair is growing :)That means the pigtails are no longer on top of the head, but behind.

She loves wearing her necklace and tutu everywhere.

She LOVES going on walks and collecting rocks.

She is obsessed with Sesame Street, especially Abby Cadabby. It's the only time she sits down to rest. She will watch the full episode, and when it's over she will cry for more! But CAUTION, don't try to talk to her, if you even think of interrupting her show she'll scream and throw a tantrum. I bought her a Sesame Street book the other day, she reads it multiple times a day!

She loves to put her "pretty's on" she acts like she's putting on my lip gloss and smacks her lips.

Pres finding her Easter Basket

Dad giving Pres cotton candy for the first time.

My cousin Trevor and his wife invited us up to their family cabin. It was a fun weekend with good food and Settlers of Catan. Pres loved playing with Dallin, actually a little too much. We would look over and Pres would be laying on top of him... She liked to tackle him. Sorry guys!

Rebecca and I pulled these two around in a sled.

She is super cute as usual. Don't stress about the talking thing. Just keep talking to her. I felt like Lydia would never talk and then it was like over night and now she says just about everything. Glad to hear you are almost done with school, I can't imagine doing both. Good for you to stick with it.

It's good to see an update! Pres is darling! I miss her! One day she will probably start spouting out all sorts of sentences. That would be hilarious! Glad that you have an end in sight! I can't imagine how hard it would be to juggle being a mom, a wife, and a student! You rock!

Pres is the cutest little girl! We need to see you guys soon. I keep telling Chad that these "boys trips" (like Salmon) need to involve wives once in awhile.

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
