I Love to See the Temple

The Rexburg Temple is open! My Grandpa and Grandma Wightman have been working hard and found about 100 family names through their Genealogy work that hadn't had their work done. So, this past Monday, the day after the Temple Dedication, the Wightman gang gathered and we were able to go and perform baptisms for the dead. It was a great experience being there with most of our extended family, the best part was watching Pat baptize my little brother, who is much bigger than he is; and having all my crazy uncles together. I'd never been able to do work for my ancestors before, so that was pretty cool. The temple is of course gorgeous and it was fun being there on the first day it opened.

That is way cool! We need to get going on some geneology work on the Sullenger side - there are many to save! I hope everything else is going well, I feel like I haven't seen you guys in forever - hopefully this summer we will make it home.

I'd love to go do baptisms there! When my life finally calms down I'm going to come up and lets go?

Hi, we're the Sullengers! Life turned upside down for us in 2010 when we lost our daughter in an accidental drowning. Since then, we've documented our highs (life with all five of our kids) and our lows (struggles with grief) but amongst everthing we've experienced, we know as long as we hold on to one another we can get through anything that comes our way.
